1 kg Brie, 70 g butter, 150 g cream cheese, 120 g onions, 15 g paprika seasoning, pinch of caraway, ground, pinch of salt/pepper, 10 cl Weihenstephaner Weißbier
First, mush the Brie and add the butter, cream cheese, onions, beer and paprika. Then season the mixture with salt, pepper and caraway. Garnish with red onions, chives, salad bouquet and salted sticks.
What´s special about this is that the original recipe comes from the Weihenstephaner Bräustüberl – where Obazda was originally invented. The innkeeper at that time, Katharina Eisenreich (in service from 1920 to1958) had the original idea for this wonderful recipe.
