Braupakt 2024 is a Blonde Ale - filtered, strong and top-fermented. Yeast from Weihenstephan, hops from the Hallertau and the area around St. Bernardus in Belgium make for a spicy taste.

Light Wheat Beer

There is something special about our non-alcoholic wheat beer. Unlike other breweries, which halt the fermentation process prematurely – our beer is given the time it needs to allow its refreshing flavor to unfold. Subsequently, the alcohol is removed from the beer using falling film evaporation, a technique developed together with the Technical University of Munich-Weihenstephan. The result: fewer calories and carbohydrates and yet a truly enjoyable beer...

Non-alcoholic Wheat Beer

The clarity of our Kristallweissbier is achieved through filtration, and it is the only top-fermented beer brewed by the Bavarian State Brewery Weihenstephan that is not cloudy.

Original Helles

Particularly at the beer garden or on a hot summer’s day at the lake, our non-alcoholic Original Helles pairs well with simple meals or a hearty salad – a refreshing alternative anytime. The fermentation process is not halted early, but rather the beer is allowed to fully mature. Only afterwards is the alcohol removed by means of a process developed with the Technical University of Munich-Weihenstephan, the same one used for our non-alcoholic wheat beer.

Effervescent and full-bodied, a pleasantly light caramel note is perceptible in the flavor and imparts a velvety mouthfeel. The color can be described as chestnut.
